Cheesy Herb Loaf

Our Cheesy Herb Loaf is a flavourful bread crafted from a gentle mix of all-purpose and whole grain flours, with the scrumptious addition of old cheddar, parmigiano reggiano, and herbs, including oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, & garlic. Naturally leavened and slow-fermented.  Every slice is a delicious bite. 

 

Ingredients: 

Organic all-purpose, organic whole grain spelt, organic whole wheat, organic sprouted buckwheat flour, Berkey filtered water, sourdough culture (organic all-purpose*, organic sprouted spelt + whole wheat + water), old cheddar, parmigiano reggiano, herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, & garlic), organic olive oil, honey, specialty fine grey sea salt (from Île de Noirmoutier, France)
