Sofia & Jesse have studied many herbal remedy books, spent years cultivating and learning about plants, and Sofia has taken courses on skincare formulations. In terms of effectiveness, firstly, each ingredient we use is pure, plant-based, and carefully sourced for the highest quality, making them inherently gentle and safe for most people, unless there's a known sensitivity or allergy to a specific plant, oil, or butter. Second, each ingredient is chosen for its therapeutic benefits and tested in small batches to ensure skin compatibility and stability (again, largely based on herbal wisdom and modern research). We test all products, monitor for shelf life, and use natural antioxidants for preservation (e.g., vitamin e). As noted, these products are made with high-quality and gentle ingredients, but we always recommend doing a patch test (putting a small amount on your forearm first) to ensure it suits your unique skin.

In terms of sanitization, all materials are handled with the utmost care and attention to sanitization. We use dedicated materials for product creation, ensuring that they are thoroughly washed with certified eco-friendly soap. Additionally, all surfaces are cleaned with a vinegar-water solution, and materials and surfaces are additionally disinfected using boiling water to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment.
