I believe that yoga is more than just physical movement — it's a way for us to connect holistically with the body, mind, and spirit. In fact, physical postures are just one small component of what yoga has to offer. Yoga entails a pathway to healing and personal growth, while also providing a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself, relieve stress, and cultivate inner peace.
As a yoga practitioner for almost 20 years, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative yoga can be. I've placed much care and attention to understanding yogic theory and practice, as well as building the body-mind-spirit connection. When we tune into the body’s wisdom, listen to our bodies, and honour where we're at, we can begin to dissolve the external noise, invite presence, breathe through challenges, and create space for healing and renewal.
In our practice together, we’ll focus on using yoga as a modality for self-care, listening to the body, and cultivating emotional and physical well-being.
Classes are specifically tailored to your specific needs - perhaps you're navigating life's transitions, experiencing stress and overwhelm, or maybe you're a mama or papa seeking calm - we’ll explore strengthening and stretching, mixed with gentle, restorative movements, and mindful practices that promote relaxation, resilience, and empowerment, bringing balance back to your life.

Prenatal Yoga Sessions
Bonding with your belly, baby, mind, & spirit.
I recently completed an 85-hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Renew to focus on guiding women through the very magical journey of pregnancy.
Having practiced yoga (including postures, breathing, sacred sound, and meditation) throughout my very own 42 weeks of pregnancy, I know how powerful it can be in fostering peace, strength, and connection during this sacred time.
My classes can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts (for instance, lower back and shoulder tension, a sciatic nerve pinch, carpal tunnel, etc.) while strengthening and stretching key areas essential for alignment and childbirth.
Classes are suitable for beginners or experienced yogis who feel they want to deepen connection between the breath, body, and baby.
