Signature Blend Loaf

Our Signature Blend Loaf is thoughtfully crafted for balance.  With 80% all-purpose flour for a soft, airy crumb and 20% sprouted whole grains for depth and nourishment, this naturally leavened bread is both tender and hearty. Each loaf is hand-shaped and slow-fermented, offering a gentle tang and a satisfying bite.

Organic all-purpose flour, organic sprouted spelt flour, organic sprouted whole wheat flour, organic whole grain spelt, organic whole wheat, organic sprouted buckwheat flour, Berkey filtered water, sourdough culture (organic all-purpose + organic whole grains + water), specialty fine grey sea salt (from Île de Noirmoutier, France)
