Our Sprouted Loaf is a dense, hearty bread crafted from the sprouted flours of spelt, whole wheat, and buckwheat. Naturally leavened and slow-fermented, it offers rich, earthy flavours and a satisfying, substantial crumb. Every slice is nourishing and grounding.
Ingredients:
Organic sprouted spelt flour, organic sprouted whole wheat flour, organic sprouted buckwheat flour, Berkey filtered water, sourdough culture (organic all-purpose*, organic sprouted flours + water), specialty fine grey sea salt (from Île de Noirmoutier, France)
*Note, the sourdough starter is made with a mix of all-purpose and sprouted flours.
